Plymouth Little League Families,
Get ready to bring the energy, wear your team gear, and represent our incredible league! Registration is officially open on the Plymouth Little League website for players to march together in the upcoming Plymouth 4th of July Parade. This is a fantastic tradition, and we want a strong, loud turnout to celebrate our community.
Crucial Parade Guidelines & Logistics
Chaperone Requirements (T-Ball, Coach Pitch, Machine Pitch)
All players in the T-Ball, Coach Pitch, and Machine Pitch divisions are required to have a designated chaperone marching with them. Please note that this does not require a 1:1 ratio. A single chaperone can responsibly look after multiple children—for example, a parent marching with their own two kids plus a teammate. You must list your designated chaperone to complete the registration form.
Minors & Majors Guidelines
Chaperones are not required for our Minors and Majors players, though they are highly encouraged to join us on the route! Please be aware that we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for any misbehavior during the event. Parents will be contacted immediately to remove their child from the parade route if necessary.
Route Length & Accommodations
The parade route spans a full 3 miles. Plymouth Little League will not have a float, trailer, or vehicle for participants to ride in, meaning your child must be prepared to walk the entire 3-mile distance. Parents are strongly encouraged to bring strollers or wagons for younger participants. To keep our marchers safe and energized, we will provide water and cooling towels throughout the route.
Timeline & Strict Pick-Up Logistics
The 2026 parade officially begins at 9:00 AM from Mayflower Business Park - 428 Court Street, Plymouth. Event organizers require all marchers to be in formation by 8:00 AM sharp. Plymouth Little League representatives will be on-site starting at 7:00 AM to coordinate our group. The parade ends at the Rock, and our designated drop-off and pickup area will be located directly in front of the Mayflower. Please plan ahead: PLL will not provide transportation back to the starting point after the event.
Comprehensive logistical updates and further details will be sent directly to everyone who secures a registration slot. If you want more info, check the parade website here: july4plymouth.com/parade-information. Let us know if you have any questions as we prepare for an unforgettable morning.
